HQL document upload requirement

Instructors, be aware that MSP added a requirement to the online HQL application some time last year. Applicants are now required to sign and upload acknowledgement of the FBI noncriminal fingerprints rights policy. This may be why you are seeing a very low number of requests for verification of training. I will be printing these out in advance and giving them out in all my future HQL classes. You should too. Only the 3rd page is needed, everything on the first 2 pages is repeated on the 3rd page.

Here is the real bitch: the bottom line of the form itself says electronic notification is acceptible. A link and check box on the page would have been sufficient.

That would have been a prohibitive cost for a contractor to reprogram the obsolete software written in a dead language.

They rewrote it to include the new requirement.
