Interesting. So does that mean that a person who was discharged from military service due to medical issues didn't get the same training as their honorably discharged counterparts?

A medical discharge is an honorable discharge. Although a medical discharge for mental issues has it's own code, identifying it as such. While I claim to have considerable knowledge of separation discharges, I make no claims on how the MPD licensing branch applies the information.
