As a heads up, Versacarry currently has blemished holsters on sale for 40% off with code "BLEM40" for anyone looking for holsters or a holster's something or other.

    https://versacarry.com/blemished-sale/

I ordered an all leather IWB out of curiosity earlier this week and it arrived yesterday. A few very light surface scratches that will easily polish out with some leather conditioner if and when I ever care enough to get around to it.

    That's awesome deal.

    FYI
If you have a P365XL with an optic that has the optic plate in front of the rear sights most of the holsters will not fit. The Spectre Comp is like that and apparently new XLs are too. I called Versacarry and they advised they are working on making the correct mold but no ETA on release date. Some of the holsters look like it wouldn't be an issue but they could not advise if any would work. They do offer a 30 day money back guarantee but I guess you'd be out shipping if sending back.

JM4 Tactical has some really nice holsters for IWB.
Also ordered a shoulder rig from them..takes about 3 weeks but the quality is awesome and made in the US.

I just read the literature that came with the holster, and VersaCarry warns to always carry on an empty chamber.

    Heavy sigh.
I saw the note about empty chamber for test fitting and initial break in, and didn't bother to read any further. Went to the website and they absolutely do recommend that all firearms be carried without one in the chamber. Sounds like they've got a Fudd or two in the legal department. Looks like Desantis recommends the same. :sad20:

Galco takes a slightly less absolutist stance, but still seems to recommend it as well.

Well, thank you for this. I just ordered two holsters for my J-frame revolvers, IWB and OWB. Pretty good deal.

Regarding empty chamber warning, I will not comply. Revolver? Really?

Don’t worry. Safety-conscious criminals will follow the same advice so things are still equal. ;)
