Take the 16 hour class, get a new set of fingerprints, then when you've got that in order, complete the online process with its associated fee (and another photo of yourself). Then, wait 90 days or so.

For what it's worth, the new text on the MSP web site specifically says that citing "personal protection" does NOT require the presentation of any uploaded supporting documents. I'm sure they're tired of burning up server storage space with endless copies of Bruen.

Explain why? There is no requirement to have a job.

Listing "Unemployed" in that section should suffice. Listing "Self-employed" should also be sufficient.

Of course they will be shocked, I believe they already have to report on that type of info. I really really hope the MSP office that clicks send gets a smirk on his face every time he does.

He could've done this day 1 in office. For the naysayers, secretary of msp decides what qualifies as g&s. Hogan could have directed the secretary to accept self defense as a good and substantial reason or appoint one that would.

You may want to hurry...I signed up for one hosted by Cindy's in late August - this morning around 7am there were still 8 spots left on the second training day. I just checked a moment ago (+5 hours later) and they're good as gone. Wow!

hmmm… some entrepreneurial chap could offer the MD class in the SouthEast that would be great. Say like in Jacksonville, FL for example, nice location to the GA and NC/SC people interested. Just sucks no reciprocity yet, but I feel it’s coming, probably through court order.

Could be a good way for an instructor to "travel". example "hey I am holding a class in daytona beach these dates, I will be there 1 week early for setup. If you have any questions I will be on the beach by xxx road reviewing my materials"
