After over 2 years of looking my hunt is finally over for the Henry .22mag Frontier Threaded. I've owned the 22lr version for some years now, but the magnum always proved elusive. Stuck a pair of cheap Simmons .22MAG 4X scopes on today with Weaver See-Thru mounts so I can still use my irons...and off to the range we go Sunday to dial em right on in.

Nice rifles! I wanted the 22lr version in the worst way when I heard about them for a suppressor host but they are just so damn long when you add a can to them.

I have a Sparrow and never through much of it, honestly. Balances well if not a bit front heavy (with or without silencer it is). I love throwing subs or standard velocity 22lr through the one, magnums should just be a lot cleaner, albeit louder.
