Help Need Fish

I need a couple of hundred fish for a pond to host a fish rodeo in June. Sunnys, Cats etc. but I don't want to pay a ton of money. Anybody know of a supplier? Thanks Chris

If it is open to the public, contact DNR, they usually will do it for free as long as rodeo is open to the public.

Yes, open to the public but the cut off date for delivery has passed. Screw up on our end didn't get paperwork in on time now we have to purchase some. I was hoping someone on the forum was in the business. So far the best quote we have is $2.50 a head for a 6" + or -. Chris

Where is the rodeo? My kids are always looking to go fishing. Maybe call southern states.

If any of the fisherman have fike nets set you should be able to buy some live catfish from them. I would think they would be fairly cheap.
