Help finding AR15 5.56 hbar upper

I am trying to find a complete upper in 556 with heavy barrel to put on my Ruger AR556 chambered in 350 legend. I find plenty 556 uppers available, but not with heavy barrel as required by Maryland law.
Any suggestions welcome.

I am not familiar with the 350 L case size(width). At the very least, you might have to change only the bolt. Hopefully someone will chime in.

All of lead & steel monoblock uppers/barrels are stamed hbar for us I believe. I also heard criterion makes stamped hbar barrels.

Delton has a couple Hbar uppers, 16 and 20 inch. I was looking at them a while ago. You can order directly from them and option it with a chrome lined bore, or buy them off Gunbroker without. Complete with BCG.
