Has the higher quality 22lr jumped as much?

You see 22LR ELEY TENEX 40GR EPS 50RD BOX at $20. How does that compare to pre-ammo crazy?

If I wanted to try a couple boxes of high quality ammo just to see what it was like, would I be paying that much more than I would have on Nov. 5th, 2012?
