HANDGUN PETITION SUBMISSION, RE: SIG / WILSON COMBAT WCP365

Been a long time since I've posted anything. FYI...I submitted a petition for the SIG/WILSON COMBAT WCP365. Since previous iterations of the P365 have passed the MSP Review Board I've asked for this iteration to be considered. The next HRB meets 06.14.2023. If approved by the HRB, the WCP365 should be added to the next Maryland Register issue on June 30th. There it sits for 30 days for any objections and if none, the firearm will be legal for sale and on the handgun roster on July 30th.

If the FCU is made by and stamped by sig, even if its made for wilson than its just a 365. Should not be difficult.

Good point scittyfz6. Navigating MD guns laws have the gun companies exasperated. I spoke with Wilson Combat and they said they do not participate any longer in trying to get handguns approved in MD. So, it falls on us to do the legwork.
