I've never heard about an exemption for .22lr, and the only version the store I bought it from sold was the factory 10-round mags, but IANAL so could be.When I bought my brand new Sig P322 from a reputable Maryland dealer/gun club, it came with two 20 round magazines that were not blocked or anything to limit the capacity to 10. I assumed it was because it was a rimfire 22 and that perhaps MD magazine capacities only applied to center fire pistols. Did the dealer violate MD law or what?
