I had an excellent experience with my firearm transfer. Great response time for inquiries, even by email. I do most of my communications by email because I can't use my cell at work and I try to avoid making personal calls from my office phone and that wasn't an issue at south county sportsmen. They were able to fit me in to their schedule last minute so I could do some initial paperwork prior to receiving my firearm. Everyone there could not have been kinder and more helpful. I also really appreciated all the extra precautions they took due to the COVID pandemic. I'm considered high risk by the CDC so it was really nice to see that they are disinfecting everything regularly, limiting customers to appointments only, making customers use hand sanitizer, and everyone was wearing masks. I'll be returning for my next transfer for sure!
