Target Sports USA to Exhibit at Great American Outdoor Show

The Great American Outdoor Show is a nine-day event in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, that celebrates fishing, hunting, shooting sports, and all outdoor hobbies beloved by millions of Americans.
This year's show is held at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex, 2300 North Cameron Street in Harrisburg, PA. For the first time ever, Target Sports USA will be exhibiting at the event featuring their new booth and providing various surprises for those who visit.

This year's show will feature over one thousand exhibitors covering 650,000 square feet of exhibit space. Aside from archery competitions, celebrity appearances, demonstrations, and seminars, for the first time, you can visit Target Sports USA at booth number #213. At our booth, attendees can purchase a special selection of ammunition at a great price and other in-demand products.

Throughout the nine-day event, Target Sports USA plans to conduct daily giveaways and raffles, and for the big finale, each person that stops by our booth will get a chance to win a variety of ammunition. Customers will get a chance to visit the TSUSA booth at the show from February 4 – 12 and meet many of the TSUSA team.

This show is open to the public; however, tickets must be purchased in advance in order to attend.

Keep your eye on our social media pages for posting on how to get FREE swag and other great gifts at Target Sports USA booth #213 in the Shooting Sports Hall during the event.

Awesome, will check it out. I spend most of my time in the shooting sports hall, the manufacturer booths with new stuff, or to handle their wares is really cool. Even though they don't sell guns there, sometimes I find something I like that I've never seen local, and wouldn't have known I like without handling it. There are some cool parts, ammo, tools, knives etc, and a few deals to be had.

It was good pre Covid. Last year it kinda sucked. A lot of the vendors backed out. If everyone shows up this year it should be good again

i go every year. I’ve had amazing Luck with some great outfitters. I’ll be there this year looking for a Lake Ontario walleye trip.

Booked a Maine trip last year (i fish everyone else Spring bear hunts). Outfitters are literally top notch and get Christmas cards from us.

Boss has booked prong horn and Mule deer hunts from the same guy who goes to the show. Said they aren’t personable but boy do they put you on some animals!

Also my favorite spice company (HuntChef) is there.

Waxed a lot of sea ducks today out of Happy harbor if anyone wants a solid guide.

Is it safe to assume no mask. I’m still surprised when I find a place that’s holding on to that policy. We are headed up Friday

I am fairly certain there is no mask requirement. Last year, the harm show complex's policy was personal choice, IIRC. It's PA, not Bethesda.

I missed out on going Monday. Picked up some respiratory bug that has me sick as a dog. May have to go Saturday, if feeling better. Hate to waste the ticket.

No masks, lawful carry encouraged, I concealed, but saw a couple OCing. Being PA's repeal of the switchblade/dagger ban went into effect a month ago, good to go there too, and a couple places had autos for sale. It was stupid busy Saturday, parked at the Bass pro and took the free shuttle over.

In PA the mask mandate was never really enforced, and the state courts killed even the school mandate a couple years ago. some choose to wear them, but have seen 0 businesses outside of medical facilities even ask about them for a couple years now.

That’s what I was told when I got my Utah but they also said I should just get PA. Never made sense to go through the trouble if it wasn’t needed.

So it has in fact changed since I received my Utah. I rarely go to Penn so I’m still unlikely to pursue it. Thanks

the FL permit is still king of reciprocity, but PA still has a lot of reiprocal states, and covers most of the country, before MD went shall issue it was trouble being PA only issues to those with a home state permit. It's $20 for 5 years, no prints or training requirement, takes a couple days wait after sending an online app, and pick up takes 10min in York at the Sheriff's satelite office by the mall

I have a FL that was at one time good for PA too. PA changed that about, what, 10 years ago?

Yup, super easy. I sent in the application in with pics of my D/L and HGP and had approval 14 hours later. Made an appointment to visit the York sheriff's satellite office within a few days and was in/out in 10 minutes. I used a debit card and they charge an extra $5.00, but cash/check payments are only $20.00. They acted like they WANTED me to have my permit.

Yes, Bloomberg helped get Kane elected AG, she wiped out every reciprocity agreement she could, before being taken out of office in handcuffs, haven't had a reasonable AG elected since, or a law passed to fix that damage. Before then most permits were reciprocal, and didn't have to be a resident. I carried on my FL permit before I became a PA resident.

York is really really pro-gun, and cool about it. The sheriff's office handles the permits, and yes, Sheriff Richard has been on record stating he wants every law abiding citizen to carry. The process here is second only to constitutional carry.
