What grain or brand are you looking for? Will it be just for range days? I believe the best deals are still online right now at least in my area AAco. Try looking at ammoseek.com that should give you a good idea of current pricing from most places. I have a ton of 556 and have not needed to buy any for a while.

$20/50 for jhp is as cheap as I’ve seen anywhere recently.
For 9mm I’m ok with standard jhp ammo. For .38 and .380 I go with Hornady/Sig.
