I don't think 7.62x39 is going to disappear off the map but I do think the better lots of it will.

This is the Romanian made Lacquer Coated Red Army stuff that has sealed primers and sealed case mouths which make it water proof and great for storing.

This isn't the normal Red Army stuff that is made in Ukraine and isn't sealed with a polymer coating.

    The price isn't bad either.

I bought a case of the Red Army stuff a week ago and when I got it in I noticed that it did not have the green seal around the primer or case mouth that I am assuming you are refering to (and seen int he pictures). Is there really a difference? when you said the "normal" red army stuff that is made in Ukraine, are you refering to the ammo I have? even though it says made in romania?

I am just trying to find out the difference between what I have and what you posted a link to so when I place my next order I know to make sure I get the better of the two.

Yea. There is a couple different kinds. Some of it is Mil-Spec and some of it is just Commercial. The Commercial stuff is just like Tula and the Mil-Spec stuff is sealed.

Here is the stuff you likely have.
