    I'm getting an AK front sight/gas block that has a gas piston orifice that is .002 out of the manufacturers spec, will this cause any functional issues? Any idea which orifice this is
    ?

    didn't realize it was an aftermarket type you'd purchased; thought this was something included in a parts kit.

    it's not a major issue, but from the info you sent me via pm, i'm very happy to hear that even with something that trivial, the company is replacing it gratis. good to hear some folks still understand customer service. :)
