Hey guys!
My neighbor of over 15 years is moving into a retirement home and would like to give me this antique revolver.
It appears to be a .32 Rimfire 5 Shot Revolver made by Whitneyville Armory in Whitneyville CT (now Hamden CT). There is a serial number on the bottom of the grip. Whitneyville Armory CT USA is stamped on the top of the barrel.
Couldn't find too much information on the Internet except that they manufactured the firearms from 1800-1888. I believe if the firearm was manufactured prior to 1899. I'm allowed to own it unregistered. If anybody has any further info, interest, or insight, please let me know!
