I went the UMBC route, too. They were very friendly and guarantee their print quality; if the receiving agency rejects the card, UMBCPD will re-do for free as long as you have your receipt.

They smudged my sweetie's prints. When she went back she did not have a receipt but they remembered her and did them again for no fee.

Did they write the name of the Dept on the back or use a stamp? when they did mine the Officer just wrote the Dept info. I want to make sure my card was done proper. Thanks in advance

If anyone needs Florida or Virginia or any state that requires a law enforcement agency and ink or live scan prints they do them by appointment at the st Mary’s sherrifs department in Leonardtown and you just make an appointment and parking is close and they do them right in front of the front desk
