You had to do a transfer? Does that mean that this kind of muzzleloader is a regulated firearm?

yes it is regulated and yes we did a NICS check to xfer. form 4473 only.

If the charge and bullet do not get loaded from the "Muzzle" ,, it is NOT a "Muzzle loader"
