A few years old, but a great ruling.

NJ QRLEO can can carry concealed with hollow point ammo without 1st obtaining a “Retired Police Officer Permit”

Didn’t rule on size of magazine, but a step in the right direction

NJ had the scheme on their retirees. How the state thought they could deny them a federal law is beyond me. Coincidently, I believe this was 2 Federal Agents who brought the initial lawsuit with FLEOA. Federal Law Enforcement Association.

Just change the LEOSA verbiage to be all US Citizens and we might get somewhere. No reason that LEOs should have more rights than normal citizens. None. Give the rights to everyone.

Federal Appeals Court filed this Wednesday (14th Feb) affirming the District court ruling in favor of retired qualified carry in NJ against the NJ AG. "LEOSA expressly preempts contrary provisions of state law."

This includes hollow point but I'm not sure of mag size. Will check later.
