F.lli Pietta Black Powder Revolvers

Greetings all,

It's been some time since I posted here. I escaped the DPRM in 2015 to PA. I have 4 Elli Pietta black powder revolvers I'm thinking about selling and I'd like to list them on mdshooters. Since the government of the DPRM is so anti Constitution can I as a resident of PA sell these to a resident of DPRM without going through a FFL? Two of them are a 1851 Colt Confederate Navy and Two are a 1860 Colt Army. All 4 are .44 caliber. It's just the four revolvers and powder flasks.
