Could I legally strap a PR-24 to my backpack that I carry to and from work?

Now that's nasty looking. What is it and where did you get it?

If you dont know how to fight with a blunt weapon but your opponent does, be prepared to get disarmed and see your weapon used against you.

Seems to be: openly carry legal. Concealed not if the courts determind it was used as a dangerous weapon. Which time your argument now turns to self defense and why you had such item on your person. Same as if it was open carried. Concealed I'd say the court could be open to find the ahole guilty and you guilty both of something. Md law everything is considered dangerous depending on it use. The old saying if you carry a bat in your car also carry a ball glove your lawyer will thank you.

It falls under 4-101 . Not Concealed, not carried openly with Intent to commit crime .
