EAA Windicator 22LR Revolver

This caught my eye in a shop because it resembled a PPC revolver superficially.
I know about the EAA Windicator in 38/357( and what I've read hasn't been very reassuring) but haven't seen a 22LR before.
It looks like a quality weapon designed for competition and is made in Germany by Weihrauch.
It also has some barrel weights that attach to the under lug.
Any have any info on this pistol?
I cannot find any specific mention on a general search on line.
Any info would be appreciated.

i have been interested in the 357 windicator for some time but have never jumped on it because of the lac ov knowlege of the companys quality

I just read a review of the .357 snubby which indicated that the steel framed revolver is OK, but had some significant tool marks. The reviewer thought that he night get 10k rounds of 38 Spec.(up to +P) out of it but had some problems following 12 rounds of .357 Mag and recommended against more potent ammo.
I also found that the 22 was made until 1993 and is listed as the "Target Model", but saw only one report from a shooter who had recently acquired one in 22LR with a shorter barrel; he was pretty enthusiastic after 250 rds.
I am interested to see if anyone has any experience with this weapon.
I expect to pick it up next week.
