In Maryland it's illegal to manufacture a magazine that surpasses 20 rounds; I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that wouldn't fly. However, it is something interesting to look into. Thanks for the link anyway.

I am sure that it is no different then bringing them here and taking them apart to clean. Per say. I see people selling "parts kits" all the time. It's one of those gray areas i suppose. Says you cant buy manufactured mags here nothing about you cant manufacter it yourself. Does it?
