    .gov and FPC in total agreement regarding the request for cert in this case.

    don’t happen often. Wonder if the fact that both sides support cert will get it granted?

    april 12 said to be first chance for consideration

    I have a suspicion that they have Epstein goods on Roberts. He'll only be squeezed for the really important stuff though. Remember how he whipped the Justices into line after the 2020 election debacle?
