Anybody have any advice for removing a "summary offense" from one's personal record? Was not aware that this would stand In my way of owning a firearm since it is less than a misdemeanor offense. Thanks for the help :sad20:

Yep, get an attorney to help you with this, or at least advise you about what you need to do. If you are in the central region of the state, we can get together. I am located in the Ellicott City area, so pretty much deal with Montgomery, PG, Howard, Frederick, Washington, Baltimore, and Anne Arundel counties, and have even handled stuff in Harford and the Eastern Shore.
