Dining Out Frederick- Manalu Italian Restaurant

We have been to Manalu's Restaurant a few time in the past. Always good food and service.

I was charged "HANGTIME" on the check $9.00 NO explanation from Server.

I am not saying you over stayed the time allowed. I am thinking that is what they charged you extra for.

That place is one of my wife’s favorite places to eat. We go often. Never been charged that fee before, but if we ever do it will be our last time there.

If you weren't pre-notified, I'd ask the manager (KAREN!!!) to remove the charge.

If not fixed, I'd dispute it.

Finally, I'd resort to some sort of zip-tie revenge.

Ask the owner. Call him and talk. I used to go there and do all his Refrigeration and HVAC. He is usually there and also helps with the cooking. Very reasonable guy

Maybe go in and talk to manager. One thing I noticed-- This was 4 people, And wasn't charged for 2 glasses of wine.

Yelp review for PSA. Short the Tip $9.00 and tell the wait staff to take it up w/the manager/owner, dispute the charge... tell everyone in the waiting area on the way out to look for the charge--- Fight back
