The problem with many revolvers chambered in .22LR and .22WMR is that the .22LR accuracy suffers as they usually bore the barrel for the larger .22WMR. If you are interested for an inexpensive .22WMR, I would say I would probably be a good deal.

Would be a fun gun, absolutely. I've just never been much into ZAMAC stuff. The Heritage Rough Rider has been the standard for the "cheap conversion revolver" for a while, now...and I bet you'll get the same level or performance (good enough) from this DB, except the DB costs more money.

DB is double action with a swing-out cylinder, the Heritage is single action with a loading gate. So there's features that might be worth more.

I do wonder if DB is building these themselves or farming it out.

I like the Ruger Wrangler better than either the DB or the Heritage, mostly because of the Ruger reputation.

I own both the Heritage combo and the Ruger Wrangler. The Wrangler is definitely a better built gun. Both are accurate, just hate the safety on the Heritage. Really like the 9 shot swing out cylinders and double/single action on this one especially for the price. They apparently are making them in house. Here is a video where they state just that.

I was just about to start a thread on this (glad I searched first!)
Yesterday I didn't know this gun or company even existed. Now I have to have one.
It reminds me of the High Standard Double Nine I used to have. I gave it to my Brother for his 13th birthday. Never should have done that! My Father bought me that High Standard when I was about 16 from Maryland Police Supply I think he paid about $40 for it. I've been casually looking to replace it for the last couple years and the prices are insane and the condition of some of them is terrible. I think this Sidekick might just scratch that sentimental itch.

It doesn't seem to be on the roster. How much of a hassle is it to get it added to it? I'd imagine they'd need one to lay their hands on since there isn't a similar model already approved?

If I don't stay off the internet I'll always be broke!

I like the idea of the ejection capability.
Guess I’ll have to go to a LGS/show to
    handle one.
Here in Florida, that’s no big deal.
Will look at the Zevasta 90 AK, then, too.
