Submitted my form 4 individual via Silencer Shop and Maryland Elite on Wednesday 8/28 at 2:30PM and received my approval on Friday 8/30 at10:45AM

I'm a Fed with no clearance and I'm closing on 6 weeks on an individual Form 1

Gov Contractor with clearances, last can was 4.5 days and form 1 was 25 days. Just submitted another form 1 today. We'll see if this one is under a month.

My Form 4 under an Individual Trust was received by ATF on 19April2024 and was approved yesterday (04Sep2024). So 138 days (about four and half months) from receipt to approval which is a lot faster than my experience in the past. I now have to figure out when I can get to Engage and pick up the can! I'm busy this weekend but I hope I can make some time to get there during the week.

Good luck, it should get the ball rolling here is a copy of the tax info release form they need when inquiring about your tax stamp with the ATF. They accepted a scanned copy to the email of his aid that handled my inquiry.

Form 4 Trust with one other RP

Ordered through SilencerShop and it took a month for the approval to ship to Engage!!!! Emailed ATF and FBI on August 15 inquiring. Got the generic response it’s still in process. Got a little birthday gift this morning seeing the email I was approved. Might mess around and submit an individual to see how fast it comes back.

I use Silencer Shop to run customers and my paperwork. Right now I’m seeing 5 or less days on individual 4s and 2 months on trust 4s. I ended up with an extra can and had to buy a gun for it. First world problems

Is there any point to the trusts anymore? I have one but my last 2 purchases were individuals.

I have a son that shoots so I wish I had done all of mine in a trust. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t care.
