Someone from ATF gave you that timeline info?
Yup. I called because it is no where in my atf account and the guy (Hugh Mann) found it by its serial number and said here it is, it doesn't look like anything is holding it up. and he said "only shows up in the LGS account".

Unfortunately I jumped the line quite a bit. My dealer said they had some customers waiting since December. I feel like it should be first come, first approved.
My SBR form 1 individual is at 30 days today.
Honestly, your approval time shouldn't have happened if the ATF actually did the first come first served that they claim they are doing. I have a few friends who are still waiting on approvals from September/October of last year.
I don’t think they can do an extensive update and just let all the incoming forms wait until they’ve caught up to that point. Like when efile started. Can you imagine a years worth of forms sitting in an untested format. Taking some people and assigning to the new format just makes sense. I don’t have any customers waiting on anything from 23 but have a couple from January and February while I’ve had about ten with a week or less turnaround since the update.
Untested format, my a$$. They could have run some through eForms and then processed the paper backlog, which was there before they launched eForms. They slow walked March 2021 approvals for 3-5 MONTHS because they chose to prioritize eForms over the paper backlog. I waited 420 DAYS for a single can due to their BS. I am salty because I see how they prioritize new applications instead of running the oldest ones through first. It happened to me with the launch of eForms and now to my friends with the new lunacy that are doing.
I’d be salty also but from all the cans I’ve ran through over the last 7 years I’d say your particular case was an outlier. I had one guy go longer than yours during that time frame but that was by far the exception. I think the bigger picture is overall the system is getting much better.
