That is what Brandon at Engage Armaments told me they would say if I called them. Sigh.

I had cans batch approved at 420, 407, 407, and 401 days respectively. As soon as I hit 335 days I called every other week. Once I hit day 375, I was calling every week. When I hit day 395 I was calling 2x a week. It took 2x CSR's going to their supervisor saying wtf is going on to get them approved when they did.

My previous cans were batch approved at 6 months. Care to explain that load of crap? I can't figure it out either.

Yahoo! I got a call from Engage Armaments today saying that one of my cans was approved and ready for pick-up. The second one, paperwork for which I filed on the same day, is still stuck in jail. So e-filing on 2/16/2023 to 9/08/2023 pick-up. About 7 months for the one I picked up today. Who knows how long the other one will take.:sad20:

Can I call someone at ATF to get an update on where the second one stands? Thanks.

Were these filed as individual or trust?

I hope you get your can fast. I'm still waiting on my second can which was filed on the same day as the one I picked up last week.

    Hi All

I am really happy to report that the Form 4 for my second can was approved on Sunday (yes, I received the E-Mail from ATF on Sunday!). So about 7 and a half months from filing to approval, and about a 2-week gap between the approval dates for my two Form 4 applications which were filed on the same day. The Form 4 was filed under a Trust.

3 cans bought from Silencer Shop. 1 in mid 12/2022 & 2 early 2/2023… all e-filed… gun trust… solo trustee.. all still pending. Won’t be buying anymore cans ever after the 3 gets out of ATF/NFA jail. It’s not a question of money. The whole ATF/NFA wait time is a joke IMO.

6-7 month is what Im seeing right now. You might want to reach out to your ffl to see if they are willing to check into it. If I have one two months out of my average I start calling. About a year ago I made enough calls to get a form 4 that had fallen through the cracks moving again. It had been buried at the FBI.

Also were those purchase dates or submittal dates.
