I want politician insurance. Elections aren't helping
I would love for when a law is declared unconstitutional that the politicians that sponsored the law be kicked out forever. Currently there is no penalty for passing laws that violate our own laws and Constitution.
If a prosecutor ever violates a defendant's rights in a case, then all of their other cases are more or less automatically under scrutiny/reviewed/retried. This should also be an automatic result for politicians who violate American's rights in the passing of their legislation. I agree 100%
