Good ol' monkfish. It's called "poor man's lobster" but I've never tasted it before.

Instead of starting a new thread I'll join this one.
Did anyone get out crabbing in the last few days? We went yesturday (10/28) the latest we have crabbed in the fall.
Ended with a solid 13 x-large and jumbo's.
Not alot but damn tasty,it was nice to be out.

My neighbor went out yesterday on the Patapsco. He worked pretty hard for a dozen nice ones. Things should be ending soon.
Time to switch to oysters.
