These being the LE model they have the "Restricted" markings on them?

Restricted markings are no longer done on any 6920's. Current spec is all are roll marked "M4 Carbine" on the left side and the right side of the mag well is left open. Almost all 6920's and 6940's will now have the "LE" prefix, the SP prefix is going to be pretty much gone except for possible occasional special orders.
