Anyone know of any local shops that carry the Charter Arms .38 looking for one for my aunt and she likes the idea of having a pink revolver

Its a little bit of a hike from Pasedena, but last I knew, lock stock and barrel in Taneytown had a couple of them.

You might want to research that brand before buying. A good refinishing shop can make any handgun pink.

From the reviews I have read, people say that they are remarkably accurate and reliable for the price. Yea it would be my first choice for myself but she mostly wants something for home defense.
