Central MD C-III dealer recommended to transfer suppressor?

I'm buying a suppressor through a friend that represents a manufacturer and I guess I need a dealer to help me with the paperwork, receive and transfer it for me.

Who should I see in central MD? I'm near BWI but would drive a little.
