County and municipal parks have their own rules on carry. Unfortunately, most don't allow it from the local parks that I've researched. State law gives municipalities an out to do so, within limited bounds:

It appears to be owned by Charles County. Here are that county's park rules:

If you click on link for Charles County it shows no laws prohibiting firearms, other than restrictions pertaining to air guns. The link that 308Scout posted for park rules prohibits all firearms. (That is a park rule, not a law.)

My interpretation then would be that there is no Charles County law prohibiting legal CCW in their Charles County-owned Park, and the Park “rules” states that someone who violates the rules may be asked to leave. Ummm, OK...
