CCP Appointment issues

Anyone else having issues with the DC appointment portal? I've been trying to make an appointment, but when I click on a date that's showing availability, all the time slots are greyed out so I can't make an appointment.

I tried. It goes to an answering machine that tells you an e-mail address to send issues to, but when I sent an e-mail to that address it came back as undeliverable

No. all appointment slots are still showing as greyed out and unclickable for me. I have tried calling, but always get voice mails telling me to send emails to addresses that I get undeliverable replies when I send messages to them

I sent an email to MPDC Ecommerce section. We will see if that gets me anywhere.

I sent one yesterday to the link at the bottom of the page to report website issues

Same issue for me. I wanted to register a new carry gun. Can't get an appointment.

That has happed to me a couple of times over the years. just 1 person staffing the appointments portal. I called the chief's office 202-962-2150 an underling answered and transferred me to someone who helped.

Okay talk about going in circles online. I must have had 10 windows open from all the links.

I have submitted to the finger print stuff as well as the app. I read in old threads to attached docs and stuff. I saw no way to do this now.

Do I just make and appt and bring it all with me?

That's exactly what I did. I made the appointment, attached no documents electronically and brought all the hard copies with me. They processed my app without issues or comments.
