So this is about it when I’m out with a gun (my iPhone 13 mini is taking the picture)

What is that on the lower part of your holster? Is that something you added to ease the spot where it rubs on your skin?

The holster is a Raven Concealment Morrigan and the hook & loop strap on the lower part is intended to adjust retention. I haven’t really messed with it beyond initially setting it up to be a nice “medium”.

My set up for the past 4 years. The only 2 things that have changed are the holster and upgrading from a Shield to a Shield Plus.

Welp, the S&W didn’t fit into the Gcode very well. Not sure what’s up there but I’ll be returning it.

    The Tenicor fits great though.

I'll play. Older Ed Brown executive carry .45 (commander frame 1911). Custom IWB holster, mag pouches, and belt (not pictured) from Paul Tripodi at Warbird Leather. Functional works of art and they feel better than the milt sparks gear I started with. 3 or 4 o'clock position depending on shirt and pants. Paul also made me a single mag pouch which works better in summer with just a t-shirt.

    My current EDC:

Springfield Hellcat Pro in an Alien Gear cloak tuck 3.5 on a Hunter Constantine belt. Alien Gear single mag carrier, no name wallet, Walmart pocket knife.

Hunter Constantine belt is crazy. I've only carried for two days so far but both days have been in shorts with no belt loops. One day was on the outside of the shorts with a cover garment and today was inside the shorts with a cover garment. No issues either day.

I've bought shirts from these guys in the past. Just noticed they have CCW jackets.

True to an extent. But it was a drift to discussing clothing , not carry rigs .

( Unless someone was indicating a practice of using the garment as their primary holster .)
