    That seems very suspect.

    That seems very suspect.

    Yeah that probably wouldn’t fly if tested. It was passed in 2003 and those powers have not been used. The legal landscape is much different today.

    The law is on the books, however.

    I work there ALL the time- absolutely zero metal detectors. You MAY see an armed security guard from time to time… that’s about it!
