Carroll Insulation in Eldersburg

I would like to know if anyone here works for or has done business with Carroll Insulation in Eldersburg and what your thoughts are.

Years ago, they insulated my new home with fiberglass bats. They were the lowest estimate. They showed up on the scheduled date, did the work, cleaned up. I would hire them again or at least call them for an estimate.

I would like to know if anyone here works for or has done business with Carroll Insulation in Eldersburg and what your thoughts are.

I was in the construction/home builder business for 30+ years and dealt with Carroll Insulation for most of those years. They are an honest, timely and efficient professional contractor. I always used their bids as the #1 insulation contractor. They were willing to negotiate and on most occasions we were able to work out a deal. You will not do wrong if you hire Carroll Insulation.

I have no dog in the fight, but we use Devere. They are good to deal with, pricing is fair.

That being said I will probably call Carroll insulation for our next project as a comparison since they are being given such high remarks.

I service some of their equipment in the shop. They seem like good folks. I would use them without hesitation. I have never heard them talk about any customers in a bad way, unlike most businesses I service. If I remember correctly, I think the owner has a Gadsden Flag on the back of his truck. He is a nice guy. Get some estimates, and if they are close I would use them without question. Just my .02

Carroll Insulation are great people. Matt H. and his family are great to deal with. I have worked with them on a variety of projects over the years.

I am a General Contractor and use Carroll, Devere was always high, I don't even call them for estimates anymore.

They're doing my insulation in a couple weeks, I can post up how it goes if you like.

FYI, update.

Had them bid a job in competition with another company.

They were significantly better priced than the other companies quote.

Update. They did an excellent job for us. I'd recommend them highly.

We got additional quotes from them for our attic but we're still mulling that all over. What we do depends on us getting an energy audit and its results.

At the risk of getting complained at I'm going to revive an old thread.

Anyone used Carroll Insulation lately? Still give them a good recommendation? Thinking about spray foam for the attic and crawl spaces in my rehab house.

Brian from Carroll was out at an addition I'm doing at my property last week. Probably have it done next week, everything on the quote was good and he's a great rep of theirs.
