Can you take the hql class online? If so any recommendations. Cheaper the better.

I read that if you own a firearm before the hql was required or taken a hunter safety class, you do not have to take the training part of hql. Is that true.

I figure MDS is better than a Google search. Thx.

If you have a serial number you are willing to give them no class is required. Could use the serial number of a stripped AR15 lower too.

Take the Texas Hunter safety course. However, why not take a Handgun Permit Course and get the HQL free.

You are absolutely right. Did know about it, and did not cross my mind that handgun permit course would do two things at once.
