Yes with the advisory attached a brace negates the 29” OAL requirement but you cannot put a stock on it that does not meet that.Even upon approval, since we're in MD it can't have a stock on if it's less than 29", but a brace is ok?
You might wait a little to see where this brace=sbr craziness ends up. For now, because of the injunctions brought against the TFA, legal braced pistols may survive.Thanks. F- this place.
