I hope so, but the main thing that he shut down was the micro stamping. He did shut down the rest of it due to "out dated firearms" which really does not apply here.

The one good thing is it can be used in Bianchi, as some of the wording does apply to AW stuff. AKA interest balancing, and the stuff like gen 4/5 glocks vs gen 3.

It won't spill over into Maryland unless or until, either a lawsuit is brought against the handgun roster and the law is enjoined by the Federal District Court of Maryland (much like in CA), or this current lawsuit against CA goes through the process and gets to SCOTUS and SCOTUS rules against it.

Is this a good thing? Absofreakinlutely, but it is not a guaranteed thing for us in Maryland by any means.
