    I try my hardest to be invisible in the woods so, I don't use scents. Not even cover scents. I'm sure it will attract a deer's attention though. Problem is though, if they smell you and the Buck Bomb at the same time, it kinda educates them. Having said that, if wind is to your face, place the scent at your 9 and 3 o'clock position so they don't cross your own scent cone(at least that's how it's supposed to work).

    I'm not big on using any kinds of scent but tried buck bomb yesterday for the first time. Every deer that came in would stop 20 yards away from where I put it at then swing 40 wide to avoid that area. Then one doe walked under my stand pacing back and fourth stomping as she had her head locked onto the area. She finally settled down but would not take a eye off that spot. So I will not be using anything like that again

    interesting, Ive had a small spike come right in and sniff the spot where I sprayed it. Maybe its the younger ones that arent as cautious.
