Ulman is a tool. He has O Malley's fingerprints all over him. His biggest accomplishment in Howard County has been a huge influx of subsidized and section 8 housing into the county, though none in the higher end western part of the county where he resides. A developers best friend.

They left will always find a way to bankroll their own. I remember when O'Malley rode the anti-Bush wave to barely beat Ehrlich in 2005, his campaign was running out of money towards the end. The Mr. Spock lookalike lady on Fox News (Greta Van Susteren) and her husband lent him a half-million dollars to get through.
