I saw the PLCAA mentioned in someone's response. Polymer80 wouldn't be covered by that, would they? It protects firearms manufacturers and dealers and the main point about Poly80s are that they are NOT firearms, so I would assume that they would not fall into that category.

PLCAA protects the entire firearms industry. They make firearms and parts for them.

The complaint alleges that Polymer80 and Hanover know guns made from kits they sell will be used in crimes in attempt to frustrate protection from PLCAA (it doesn’t cover deliberate bad acts like providing arms to criminals, etc…).

Polymer80 does make serialized 80% for the CA(?) market and those transfer just like firearms. I would think that alone would give them protection under PLCAA.

Polymer80 makes 100% serialized handguns. They’re actually on Maryland’s Roster (erroneously identified as “register” in the complaint).

You can sue over anything in this country. Whether have claims have merit is another story.

The goal isn’t necessarily to win. Rather, it’s to kill Polymer80 by bleeding them dry. Polymer80 is in a lot of lawsuits right now. I’m still trying to find the complaint.
I'd like to sue Brandon Scott and Brandon in DC for jacking up Bmore and the US.

Finally some movement in this case. Defendants have filed a motion to dismiss and have requested a hearing. I'll try to get to City Circuit Court tomorrow to buy a copies of the motions.

Car manufacturers know their automobiles will be used by drunk drivers to kill people. Same thing.

Yes. And cars are used in kidnappings, carjackings, abductions, drug smuggling, drive-by shootings, felony getaways, and myriad other crimes. The car manufacturers and dealers are 100% to blame for this blight on society!
