    From a box-o-stuff I got a cylinder that I can't identify the maker.
    appears to be 36 caliber.

I read all Italian made have these--
    star over PN
    star over shield

So beyond these marks, how do I find which gun this will fit?

    Tim

    sorry for the blurred pics

    My .36 Pietta is 1.735 or 1-47/64" long x 1.530 or 1-17/32" in diameter.

I would say yes, but contact Taylor Firearms Company and ask them.

    They should know.
