I got this from an online store:

Unfortunately due to an inventory error on our website we no longer have Blazer Brass 9mm Luger 115gr FMJ 50 rds 5200. I can upgrade your order to Fiocchi Shooting Dynamics 9mm Luger 115gr 50 rds 9AP.​

Is this a fair exchange, if the price is the same? Or should I just get a refund?

I've shot fiocchi in other calibers before and it has been fine.

Yes, I have used Fiocchi ammo before and would use again, with no hesitations. It is good target, plinking, everyday use ammo.

Its pretty comparable if you ask me. I've used a good amount of 223 and 762 Fiocchi. Ammo doesn't attract magnets either, if you have indoor range limitations.
