Gun Prime may still have some for $199 after rebate. Got one from them last year when they were running a rebate. Make sure you follow the rebate instructions closely and it will take some time, but worked out for me.
Hopefully this post will save others from frustration. There is a reason this gun is cheap!
I picked up one of these for $179 after the rebate and out of the box it does not fire consistently. After researching further, there is a design flaw due to a "striker deactivation button" in lieu of dry firing prior to pistol takedown. Because of this feature, there is play in the cocking lever pin which allows the cocking lever to shift left when the trigger is pulled (moves towards the gap in the spring in the photo below, you can see the alignment is already angled to the left from the factory). This results in the cocking lever not moving to the rear far enough to allow the striker to clear. Mine will be going back to Beretta out of the box which looks like a 3-4 month turnaround process. There are plenty of others with the same issue on YouTube and various forums. I can't believe a company like Beretta would not resolve this issue (going back a few years now), allowing a cheap carry gun to tarnish their reputation.
Hopefully others have better luck. This is my fault for not researching prior to purchase, blindly trusting a "reputable" manufacturer. I would not trust this firearm with my life!
