AZ CCW Training and Fingerprints

Two quick questions

1. Does my MD training satisfy the training requirement for training?
2. Do the fingerprint need to be done by leo or any ole Joe will do?

I submitted mine with a hunter's safety card. The Maryland training should be fine, as it appears to meet AZ's standards. I went to a Livescan place to get mine done (most also do paper cards, which are substantially cheaper than electronic prints BTW).

I have one. I forgot exactly about the fingerprints. I believe I went to a md livescan place and got fingerprints onto that blue white fbi form I believe.

Most importantly, for any sort of firearms training, the number one thing and really only thing they are looking for, is that the instructor is an NRA certified one. That is what their state statute says.

I actually used my blank Utah training application, since it had the instructors stamp who was also a nra instructor, as my proof of training. They were probably able to identify him via the nra training database. Hope this helps.
